Placing an order
When you find merchandise that you like just click on an icon „add to the shopping basket” and afterwards „place an order”.
After few moments you will receive an e-mail from us with a confirmation of your order, only after you confirm it, the order will be realized.

Order Cancellation:
Order cancellation can be made only when it hasn't been realized. If the order has a status „realized”, please contact us immediately . When it is „ready” please see our return policy for more detailed information.
International shipping:
International shipping by DHL – shipping fee for a package up to 5 kg is
18 .. All orders are realized after receiving payment to MultiBank account ( given above) or by Pay Pal. Delivery usually arrives within 2 - 5 working days. International shipments can't be paid on delivery.

Problems with delivery:

DHL – package will be delivered by DHL carrier. In case of your absence, carrier will leave information with details concerning the recepit of the package.
All DHL packages are tracked. You can trace your package by using this link (http://webapps.dhl.com.pl/app/tnt/searchsn.aspx). The package number can be found in your user account in the 'order history' bookmark.
Complaints:
Complaint policy :
Of course all complaints are unlike due to the high quality of our products, but if you decide to take this drastic step you should know that:
- complaints and returns are accepted only with an original sales receipt.
-in order to make a complaint you have to inform us about it by e-mail (info@stoprocent.com) or by telephone (0048 91 453 76 35). Then send the merchandise back to Stoprocent's address along with the filled out complaint form (which you can download below)

Return policy:
If colour or size of the merchandise doesn't fit, you can exchange it for a more suitable one within 10 days of receipt Merchandise must be unworn with tags intact, exactly how you got it. Call us (0048 91 453 76 35) or send an e-mail (info@stoprocent.com), next discuss through the exchange policy and send back the merchandise,to Stoprocent's address, along with the exchange form (which you can download below)

After logging into the user's panel you have the possibility to check the history of your orders, change personal details and look at your currently realized orders, which can be described as follows:
-unattended- means that you order hasn't been accepted yet and you should take interest in it. In your mailbox must be and e-mail, which you must send back to confirm your order

- realized – means that ordered merchandise is ready to be sent.

- ready – means that ordered merchandise has been sent to you or you have already received it.

- cancelled - means that your order has been cancelled upon your request.

- lost- means that you haven't confirmed your order within 5 days since placing an order and we couldn't get in touch with you; also could be because of the lack of merchandise ( after prior attempts to contact you)

- rejected-means that somebody else placed your order and we identified and rejected it; or it could be rejected after prior failure to collect the package.
Password reminder:
If you don't remember personal details of your account, you can use the password and login retriever This function is activated after failed attempt to log in. Your personal details, password and login are going to be sent to your mailbox.
Account liquidation
If you decide to resign from being our client (which is totally absurd and there is no way somebody could want that ;) you don't have to do anything special, after 6 moths of not being active your profile will disappear by itself.
